I am an associate attorney at Wilftek, a technology and intellectual property boutique law firm founded by Fred Wilf in 2013. Fred has worked in large national firms and small firms alike, and has built Wilftek to combine the expertise and skill from his big law experience with the flexibility that a small firm enables. Under the mentorship of Fred and the rest of our team, I have been fortunate enough to lead contract negotiations for clients of all sizes, from local startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, early in my career. I negotiate commercial agreements related to technology and intellectual property, including licenses for software and professional services, cutting-edge AI applications, digital health, fonts and branding, and other diverse areas. In addition to being licensed to practice law in PA and NJ, I have also earned certifications in AI governance from IAPP and Wharton Online, which inform my approach to advising clients both in vendor negotiations and more broadly on internal AI implementation strategies. I chose to become a member of PICC as an extension of my Jewish identity and support of Israel. I have long admired Israel's startup ecosystem and have wanted to find ways to tie that facet of who I am into my professional work as a technology lawyer. PICC enables me to connect with other professionals who share these values, and I anticipate that my continued involvement with this group over the years will help me reach my goal of establishing myself as an asset to the Philadelphia pro-Israel community. |
