NucleoTech is a biotechnology company developing next-generation drug delivery carriers designed to cross the blood-brain barrier, the physiological obstacle that prevents roughly 98% of modern medicines, including most antibody and oligonucleotide therapeutics, from reaching the brain. The company's BrainPortal™ platform uses engineered nanobodies that hitch a ride on the brain's own receptor transport machinery to ferry these drugs across the barrier non-invasively, unlocking treatment possibilities for conditions that have long resisted effective treatment.

NucleoTech pairs its delivery platform with a proprietary in vivo screening technology that evaluates carrier candidates at roughly 100x the throughput of conventional methods, enabling the discovery of carriers against receptor targets the industry has been unable to systematically explore. The company is advancing internal therapeutic programs in HER2-positive brain metastases and progressive multiple sclerosis while also pursuing partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to apply BrainPortal™ to their CNS pipelines.

Led by Co-Founder & CEO Uriah Bekenstein, PhD, and in the U.S. by Co-Founder and CBO Naftali Cohen, NucleoTech is headquartered in Israel, where it conducts R&D. Its U.S. operations are based in New Jersey.
